Improvising Generations Monthly Workshops

An intergenerational dance and music project with Hertfordshire Music Service, helping people overcome loneliness and social isolation by offering a monthly group activity to socialise with others, exercise and create dance and music together.

Open to all ages but we are particularly looking to recruit young people aged 14 – 18  years old (up to 25 years with disabilities) and older adults (65+ year olds).
