An intergenerational dance and music project with Hertfordshire Music Service, helping people overcome loneliness and social isolation by offering:
- Monthly group activities to come together to socialise with others, exercise and create dance, music and film work together.
- Six outdoor events at sites across Hertfordshire, to engage communities with local green spaces.

Featured Ebook: Undeterred by the Covid-19 pandemic we brought part of our project online, building connections with each other through monthly afternoon tea meetings to:
- chat and socialise
- dance together again
- take photographs
- write poems and stories about how dance and music makes us feel
- make short dance films, even when we cannot be physically together.
This e-book documents our work during that period.
Improvising Generations is funded by the 'Building Connections Fund' thanks to both Her Majesty's Government and National Lottery players (The National Lottery Community Fund).
