Improvising Generations

An intergenerational dance and music project with Hertfordshire Music Service, helping people overcome loneliness and social isolation by offering:

  • Monthly group activities to come together to socialise with others, exercise and create dance, music and film work together.
  • Six outdoor events at sites across Hertfordshire, to engage communities with local green spaces.

Whilst we are pausing all face-to-face activity, the Improvising Generations team are delighted to be bringing you are range of activities to be creative in your own home during the Covid-19 lockdown.  This includes:

  • A pick and mix activity pack with creative, movement and relaxation task
  • Virtual Afternoon Tea on Zoom
  • Creating dance together but from your own home
